尊敬的摊主:
您好!由雪隆海南会馆青年团与妇女团联合举办的 《华教筹款美食节》 将于年底盛大举行。本次活动旨在通过美食与文化的交流,为支持华文教育筹集善款,并为广大商家与手艺人提供展示与推广的优质平台。我们诚邀您的参与,与我们共襄盛举!
活动详情:
• 活动名称:华教筹款美食节
• 主题:新之所向,动情桥南
• 日期:2024年12月28日(星期六)至12月29日(星期日)
• 时间:上午11点至晚上8点
• 地点:吉隆坡天后宫
• 活动内容:美食餐车、手工艺展摊、文化表演
参与须知:
1. 提供设施:
本会将为每个摊位提供以下设施:
• 帐篷(户外)
• 桌子(6英尺)和椅子
若摊主需要电源、携带自用器具或现场烹饪,请提前与我们联络沟通。
2. 交易方式:
• 本次义卖会只采用固本交易,现场不接受现金支付。
• 活动结束后,摊主可使用所收固本兑换现金。
3. 费用与押金:
• 每个摊位需缴纳 RM300,其中包括:
• RM100租金(两天使用权)
• RM200押金(活动结束后摊位整洁且摊主未缺席可退还)
• 若摊主临时缺席或未妥善清理摊位,押金将不予退还。
4. 教育捐款:
本会将从摊主固本收入的30%提取作为教育基金,余额将全额返还摊主。

注意事项:
• 参与摊主需自行准备必要的食材、用具与装饰品。

• 活动结束后,请按时清理摊位,保持场地干净。

Notice: Invitation to Join the “Chinese Education Charity Food Festival” as a Vendor
Dear Vendors,
Greetings!
The Chinese Education Charity Food Festival, co-organized by the Selangor and Kuala Lumpur Hainan Association Youth and Women Section, will be held at the end of the year. This Food Festival aims raising funds to support Chinese education. It also serves as a premium platform for businesses to showcase and promote their brand and product. We warmly invite you to participate and join us in making this event a success!
Event Details:
• Event Name: Chinese Education Charity Food Festival
• Date: 28 & 29 December 2024 (Sat & Sun)
• Time: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Venue: Outdoor, Thean Hou Temple, Kuala Lumpur
• Activities: Food trucks, Food & Beverage Booth,handicraft booths, cultural performances.
Participation Guidelines:
1. Facilities Provided:
Each booth will be provided with the following:
• Outdoor tent
• One (6-foot) table and chairs
If electricity, self-brought equipment, or on-site cooking is required, please inform us in advance.
2. Transaction Method:
• The festival will use a coupon system; no cash transactions are allowed at the event.
• Vendors can redeem collected coupons for cash after the event.
3. Fees and Deposit:
• Each booth requires a fee of RM300, which includes:
• RM100 rental fee (for both days)
• RM200 deposit (refundable upon booth cleanliness and vendor attendance throughout the event)
• The deposit will not be refunded if the vendor is absent or fails to clean the booth properly.
4. Educational Donation:
• 30% of the vendors’ coupon revenue will be donated to the education fund. The remaining amount will be fully refunded to the vendors.

2. Deadline: Submit your application by November 30, 2024, to secure your spot.
Important Notes:
• Vendors are responsible for their own ingredients, tools, and decorations.
• During the event, please adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring food quality and booth cleanliness.
• At the end of the event, vendors must clean their booths and maintain the venue’s cleanliness.
